Sourav Ganguly has come down heavily on the Indian Test team, which are currently involved in the second match at Lord슬롯사이트™s stadium. The former Indian captain said that he was worried the lack of character shown in the field by the team in the ongoing five-match Test series in England. India, were all out on 107 runs, in the first innings of the ongoing second Test match.

It was the brilliance of James Anderson and co., who exploited the favourable conditions to run rampant on the underwhelming Indian team. Anderson bagged another five-for at the 슬롯사이트˜Home of Cricket슬롯사이트, and other bowlers were equally supportive on the other end.

The plight of the Indian team was so much so that the highest scorer of the inning was Ravichandran Ashwin, who made a gritty 29.

Speaking about Indian team슬롯사이트™s performance during a break on a TV channel, Ganguly said, 슬롯사이트œTough conditions, but very poor batting. The number of time the ball went behind the stumps 슬롯사이트 that is something which they need to look at very, very, quickly.슬롯사이트

Talking more on the play-conditions and England슬롯사이트™s bowling performances, 슬롯사이트œYes it was testing, it wasn't easy. It was a good toss to win for England. Perfect conditions for James Anderson. Chris Woakes, the way he bowled was fantastic. It's terrific fast bowling,슬롯사이트 added Ganguly.

The former Indian captain wasn슬롯사이트™t bemused with the way the Indian batsmen performed. Ganguly said, 슬롯사이트œIndia just felt they had nowhere to go. It's a batting unit which has just been claustrophobic in conditions with swing and seam. It's a batting order which lacks confidence. The wicket did a bit, but poor technique and lack of confidence added to it. The last three innings of India [in England] has been very, very poor. Not enough character, not enough fight and that's the worrying factor.슬롯사이트

The Indian team슬롯사이트™s chances were bleak in the match, given the total they managed to put on the scoreboard. On it, Ganguly commented, 슬롯사이트200 would have actually given India a chance on this pitch in the second innings. But just a 100 on this sort of a surface is not good enough. England dropped catches. Otherwise, it could have become worse.슬롯사이트

Talking about the second Test match, England were five wickets with 276 runs on the board, when the last reports came in. Jonny Bairstow and Chris Woakes rubbed salt on the wounds of the Indian team as they stitched 125+ runs partnership. Bairstow was unbeaten on 80 runs, whereas Woakes was playing on 84 runs while filing this report.
